Second Senior’s Health and Wellness Fair a Resounding Success

On October 19th, Oasis Dufferin Community Centre, in collaboration with The Mental Health Coalition, hosted our second Health and Wellness Fair. The topic focused on the link between chronic diseases and our personality and mental health. The unique and enriching event was designed to have a positive impact in the lives of our senior community, specifically those of Latinx heritage. There were inspiring talks with health experts, interactive workshops, a time of physical activity and opportunities   to connect with other participants while refreshments were served.
